A Bit About Your Collaborative Partner

Dr. Curington describes herself as a true altruist by nature, as her preferred gift to give is that of knowledge. She perceives knowledge as a profound gem, as it is the only asset that increases when shared. In addition, knowledge, when utilized correctly, can be deemed a true antecedent of success.

In the context of her 12 year career, Dr. Curington has had the opportunity to aid organizations across multiple industries (i.e. gaming, consulting, bio-medicine, manufacturing, and plasma) in transforming their training and development sectors into results oriented entities that impact their organization's bottom line for the better.

Although Dr. Curington's approach to andragogy is heavily influenced and backed by evidence based practice, she believes that there is truly no cookie-cutter approach to developing training. The aforementioned belief compels her to offer validated training solutions while simultaneously ensuring that they meet the unique needs of the organizations she serves.
